CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY - MOBILE DIGITAL IDENTITY USERS
Cancellations
a) The registered users who intend to delete their Mobile Digital Identity from www.studioartwise.in are requested to send an email to mail@studioartwise.in / CC helloartwise@gmail.com. The users can alternatively opt for cancellation/deletion on their own by clicking on Delete Page from their user dashboard.
b) The registered users/subscribers are requested to read the Terms & Conditions thoroughly before payment of any Mobile Digital Identity or registration fees. The fee once paid for availing services/solutions under any of the categories is not subject to refund under any circumstances.
c) The user’s IDs that are deleted by the platform which are found to be not abiding by the Terms of this Agreement, shall be blacklisted forever and the fees paid shall be forfeited. The platform is entitled to refund the fees to the blacklisted users.
d) In case of any grievances regarding the refund of fees, the users are requested to write to mail@studioartwise.in / CC helloartwise@gmail.com
Refunds
Generally, fees paid for availing MDI services are non-refundable. However, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that prevent successful MDI creation.
Blacklisted Users
a) MDIs that violate our Terms of Agreement may be removed by the platform and the user blacklisted. Violations that may lead to blacklisting include, but are not limited to, spam, illegal content, or impersonation. In such instances, [www.studioartwise.in] reserves the right to forfeit the fees paid.
b) We will clearly define what constitutes a violation in our Terms of Agreement. Blacklisted users who believe the action was made in error can appeal the decision within 2 business days of receiving the notification by contacting [mail@studioartwise.in] / cc helloartwise@gmail.com. Please include any relevant documentation to support your appeal (e.g., screenshots, explanation).
